Return & Refund Policy

At Ohtani Motors Garage Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order. To start any return, claim, or exchange, please contact us first at support@ohtanimotorsgarageco.com with your order number. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — we'll guide you through the process and provide a return address if one is needed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- In most cases you won't need to ship the item back — the photos are enough for us to process a free replacement or a full refund.
- We'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.


Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind or Sizing)

If you'd like to return or exchange an item because it doesn't fit or you changed your mind, we accept these within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and
- In its original condition with any tags still attached.

For these returns:

- Contact us first for return authorization and the return address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the return is due to our error).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as face masks or other sealed personal items) cannot be returned. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a defect.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


How to Start a Return or Claim

Email us at support@ohtanimotorsgarageco.com with:

1. Your order number,
2. The item(s) involved, and
3. For damaged or defective items, clear photos of the issue.

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
